WHEN SHOULD I RE-MORTGAGE?
You should start to look for a new mortgage deal when your current lender writes to you.
Your lender will write to you 1 to 3 months prior to your interest rate coming to an end and this is the point when you should call your lender and ask for a closing balance (often referred to as a redemption statement).
Once you have received your letter and your closing balance then it’s time to contact ABC Mortgage Solutions.
